CREATE Health Scholars

CREATE Health Scholars is a year-long program for Colorado undergraduate college students interested in health professional careers (medicine, physician assistant, behavioral health, advanced-practice nursing, dentistry, pharmacy, medical research, and public health). During the summer, we have two one-month intensive curricula - one for students who just finished their Freshman or Sophomore year and the other for students who just finished their Junior or Senior year of college. In both session, the scholars work to improve their basic educational building blocks of math, science and language arts, as well as providing hands-on training and exposure to health professional careers. In addition, Freshman/Sophomore students focus on healthcare careers where Junior/Senior students prepare for professional school examinations and applications.
